Flashings

Needing some work done on a garage/sleep-out roof. 1. Flashings round on dormer window rusted and need replacing. The iron seems fine 2. Flashings and iron on second dormer rusted and needs replacing. 3. Capping on concrete block back wall of garage rusted and needs replacing. Scaffolding probably needed.
