Replace / fix my roof! Berhampore, Wellington

Looking to get the roof replaced, or painted - dependent on recommendation. The house (as pictured) is semi-detached, and comprised of two structures (main structure and smaller, lean-to structure at rear). I estimate 8 meters x 3.5 meters (so 28 square meters) for the main structure, and 3.4 * 2.9 for the smaller structure at the rear (so 9.86 sq meters) - total 37.86 sq meters. We are anticipating using ColourSteel or equivalent. We are also considering 'capping' the brick wall that is shared with the neighbour and divides the two houses. Each roof only has one pitch. Please see pictures attached. Please provide three quotes: One for a complete replacement of all roof. One for repair and painting of all of roof. One for roof capping / flashing of the brick wall along the boundary of each house.
