Roof leaking into living room
Job description
After torrential rain on weekend we discovered a leak that comes into our living room. I've been inside the crawlspace and taken a pic of the water coming in, landing on the green stuff and then running off and throught the ceiling. I've been up onto the roof, couldn't see anything too obvious but could be something to do with where old chimney is....

Job well done. Phil even offered to reattach a piece of guttering that had fallen in teh storm for no extra charge. Really top guy. It took a bit longer to complete but there had been storms and eartquakes so it's totally understandable. Our work was not priority or emergency. Big thanks Phil and Vikki
