Small leak in roof. It is occurring right above the heat pump and gas heater, close to the peak of the house. The leak does not happen in all wet weather, so it may depend on wind angle. The roof is about 40 years old, and what I want is a patch repair that will last until I replace the entire roof in a few years. The exterior photo is taken from the balcony - the part of the house where the leak is, which is two stories high.
