Roofing - identify issue and repair #2

I have had a leak from the recent heavy rain in my kitchen pantry, which looks to be coming from the roof. We have had a similar issue previously, and the issue seemed to be temporarily fixed by manourvering the guttering. Given the leak has found its way inside again, we'd want to look into a more permanent solution. We are waiting to hear back from our insurer but in the meantime, we want to see if someone can identify what is causing the leak.
