Job description

New & Replacement Metal Tile
Wellington

Published: 9 November 2024

I’m looking to replace 6 pressed metal tiles on our Monolithic clad house. The top row of tiles are not to be replaced as they aren’t damaged and doing so would require us to remove the 'apron flashing' which is tucked underneath the Monolithic Cladding which we want to preserve. The only tiles that are damaged are the bottom row tiles, around 6 in total. They are located on the second level of our home and would require a scaffold to work from. I’m looking for a tradie who can source the replacement tiles, organise the scaffold and replace the tiles, without compromising the monolithic cladding. This is not urgent, but would be nice to have this completed before Christmas.

This was a small job that other roofing companies didn’t want. Reece was quick with his quote, quick to respond and got the job done super quickly. Really appreciated his work.
