Watershed flashing on the top of our 2 skylights

We have 2 skylights and one has been completely replaced recently (February 2024). However we have water leaks on the top of each one. We have contracted seekaleak to address this issue. With their thermal camera, they recommend that a watershed flashing is required to stop the water ponding between the upstand of the skylight and the lead flashing (as shown in the picture attached). We are determined to resolve this issue as soon as possible and be ready to give this job to someone with experience fixing similar issue with successful outcome.

We had for a couple of years 2 skylights that leaked constantly. Reece came up and set 2 cricket flashings. It wasn't easy task as one of our skylight is almost 4m wide. Reece and his employees went above and beyond, replacing also some concrete tiles that were damaged and reapplied mortar on the ridge. Anyway, we were very happy about the outcome as leaks hasn't shown up anymore. Highly recommended if you want to get the job done!
