Easy Roof rust and Parapet repair

125 Anzac Parade, Wanganui, has a small hole from rust, and is showing signs of rust in a select few other spots, we would like the leak from the hole, and the remaining rust, mitigated as cheap and soon as possible. A builders report has recommended sealant for the rust, and placing a corrugated iron sheet underneath the layer of roofing with the hole, as the hole has not persisted through the second layer but may allow water ingress. There is also a faulty parapet with a leak that may need to be slanted to promote water runoff, and sealed also. We would like a quote sent for this job, deadline for quote 7/6/24, and deadline for job TBC.
