Roof approx 100m2, house on a slope with dig out and deck, will need scaffolding. Have had a quote for refurbishment (repair, clean, respray) of roof which is a shallower type of decramastic tile (forgot the name). Medium term we would like to change roof to steel so trying to find out if it’s better to do now or refurbish and delay steel conversion.
