Roof is a sheeted corrugated iron roof a.) Roof is fixed with lead head nails. These lead head nails are to be removed and replaced with a roof screw fixing that has a large rubber washer to minimise potential damage to the roofing timbers, as well as moisture ingress. b.) The hip and ridge flashings are loose present the risk of moisture ingress. Immediate remediation needed to prevent damage to the roofing and internal timbers. c.) New paint system is to be applied.
