Garage roof repairs

Job needing to be done sometime between the 3rd and 11th of September. The garage is a small single car garage with a corrugated iron flat roof. The following has been listed as issues in our builder's report and we'd like them to be addressed: A) Spouting to be repaired; B) Barge flashing required to rear; C) Roof is old with some surface corrosion. Requires some prepping and painting.
