Wide range of maintenance and repair issues

I am purchasing a number of investment houses in Wanganui that are going to need a range of repairs and maintenance. They are 2 story state houses. work may include, re roofing, cleaning 2nd story guttering, re gibing and plastering. spot painting exterior, vinyl laying, bathroom waterproofing and renovating, water proofing holes and gaps in exterior cladding, deck reinforcments and repairs, electrical wireing. i would like to get 1 handy man company that i can trust to be able to do the large majority of work needed. does this sound like you?
