Butynol repair

Hi I have a butynol or similar internal gutter that is leaking through one of its seams into the bathroom below. This only happens in very heavy rain. I'd like someone to repair the seam/s. Someone looked at it, said it was a hairline crack and needed fine weather for the sealant to cure but then became uncontactable. I'd like the job done as soon as possible. Thanks
