Hi, We have a mono pitched roof that has an internal gutter. We have a water leak claim with our insurance and they have asked us to fix the sealant used for the lap joints. The insurance company did engage a contractor who outlined the scope of work as the following, * Clean and prepare 1.5 linear meter of internal box gutter . Remove excess flaking sealant on each lap in area. * Appy new sealant on each lap and rivets of spouting * Apply 2 x coat Noxyde over area and allow to dry * Apply 1 x coat Double Coat "Liquid Aluminum I'm happy for you to take a look and inform us on what needs to be done or go with the above information and give us a quote based off of that. The reason for us to not engaging the insurance companies contractor was that the majority of the charges was just travel, so I would ideally like someone closer to the west Auckland to get this done upto standard and get underway with other aspects of our claim. Thanks, Revanth Revanth
