Roof underlay and repair old chimney in roof

We recently had someone out to assess a recurring mould issue on our ceiling. They have advised that the issue is due to the fact we have no underlay in our roof. We are therefore looking for someone that would be able to do this for us. Additionally, there is an old chimney in the roof that has been damaged and as a result has caused a leak in the ceiling.
