ROOF LEAK

Hi - Long term leak in roof - leaking valley? Please note 2 storey house has very high roof, long ladder required. The area already partly cleaned. - Remove loose tiles in the area and replace with correct tiles - Test valley for leaks, if leaking, replace valley and test it. -- Seal and paint the area, and then test it. Professional scaffolding is already in place on driveway but needs to be moved to correct spot, then long ladder won't be needed. Weather permitting, would like this job done as soon as possible.
