Roof and ceiling in rumpus needs replacing. Extra handyman work too if in budget

Our rumpus room ceiling has started to sag, which happened during the heavy rain had recently. We had someone come around to inspect and found out that parts of the roof needed replacing. We need someone to come in to replace our ceiling in the rumpus and replace the parts of the roof that were leaking. The rumpus has been measured out to be 5m by 5.16m (to give an indication of how big the job is). If there's money left over in the budget, we would also like our floors in the same room looked at to see if they can be replaced, and whether we can move the door leading to outside or window overlooking the neighbours to the other side of the room to give both houses some privacy. Happy to receive a cost for these.
