Paul is great to communicate. He responded promptly with considering and understanding manner. Paul went to the roof to check the vent pipe area as soon as he's arrived. Then he explained the solution, provided reasonable quote and fixed the issue straight away! What a relief to get the leaking fixed before another storm coming tonight! Highly recommended 👍
