We got the moss spray done few weeks ago; the guy(who did the house wash, roof treatment and gutter clean) suggested we should replace the nails/screw (not exactly sure which one we have currently) as some of them are rusty. Last weekend, when it was raining heavily, we saw a drop was water coming from the roof probably one drop every 30 mins. I am not sure whether it is because of the old screw/nail on the roof. But would like that fixed and also getting the nails/screws replaced on the whole roof. I went to the roof and tracked the location just above the room where the leak was; can' see any major damage but there was one rusty nail/screw which might be the culprit. Pictures attached of the above and screws/nails installed.
