3 roofers visited me but all were useless and I was so frustrated, not being able to find a good roofer. Luckily, that's when Karl contacted me one Friday afternoon and visited me the next day, regardless of it being a Saturday! He gave me a very reasonable quote and did an excellent job. He was always punctual and consistently kept me informed and updated. On top of that, he was friendly yet polite, a hard-worker and very knowledgeable about roofs. I recommend him 200%! Thanks Karl :)
