Leak in roof

I have a small leak in the front entrance door. It only seems to be leaking in one corner less than a meter square and it looks like it may have something to do with the drain in the corner of roof. The entrance is like an extension of the main house so has its own roof that is flat, which is a coragated iron/tin roof. The house is approx 30yrs old but not sure if this part of the house is has old.
