Really appreciated Jared's professionalism. I showed him part of the gutters where the job didn't seem to be completed and he asked me to only pay when I was entirely happy with the job. This meant holding the payment during level 4 of lock down. I felt he took pride in his job and wanted to make sure I was happy with the results.
