Inspection- Overflowing gutter+ gutter cleaning

we have a 2-story duplex house. When it is raining the water is heavily overflowing from the gutter in front and the back of the house. We are looking for someone who can inspect gutter, downpipe maybe drainage and inform us why it is happening and how we can fix it. Also we want the gutter to be cleaned.
