I am sourcing metal gutter guard which I need fitted with screws so that rats cannot access the roof via the gutters or eaves.There is approximately 110 metres of gutter guard plus 10 metres of valley guard. The house is multi level . Most of the upper gutters are accessible from upstairs balconies/decks. However, a harness would be needed for some of the higher up gutters. I would supply the harness. I do not know what the cost would be as I do not know how long the job would take.
