Roof

Our property is a 1970's A frame with steel long run across the roof. There is some corrosion on the ridge flashing and some of the flashing around some of the dormer windows, also one small piece of corrosion on the main steel itself. During the heavy rains we identified three leaks coming from the flashing on the roof and the guttering is in poor condition. We would like the flashing replaced on one side of the property and the Guttering to be replaced, ideally with long run steel. We would also like to know the cost to paint the roof at the same time.
