Roof Repair

I would like someone to get onto the roof of my rental property, do a thorough search and be on the lookout for any broken tiles and get them replaced. This is a single level brick and tile post-2000 townhouse. Whether or not tiles need to be replaced or not, whoever is successful in getting this job needs to take snapshots of a clear no broken tile roof or snapshots of the broken tiles before proceeding any further with replacing them. This is to give me the extent of the damage or no damage and it also gives assurance to the tenants that their roof is tile broken free. A view of the house is attached.
