Concrete Tile roof inspection and repairs if needed+ other roofing related q's

Hi, We have a concrete tile roof, one story house, built on a slope with deck surrounding. Most importantly is getting the roof inspected for leaks/ moisture and repairs done if needed. But also interested in : 1)- barge, fascia boards inspected and repaired (inc paint) - there looks like water damage to a section that looks like it has been repaired in the past. 2)- in one section water flows from the roof down onto the barge board rather then all into the gutter, so water drips on to the deck- not sure if a new tile or something can fix this? 3) - would like to know if venting for our rangehood in the kitchen is possible to be done out through the roof.
