Over the hot water cylinder is an old overflow pipe that has been sealed with a rubber boot and rusted all around. This tin sheet needs to be replaced. Also, there are some other places that need waterproofing (patch job with tin and silicon and some screws replaced) as the house is an old house and the lean of the roofs are not steep enough.
