Re-roofing

We have an old corrugated iron roof in Glen Eden that is in poor condition and likely needs replacing with new corrugated iron. It’s a 1920’s bungalow style house, approximately 150sqm. There is also a freestanding garage approximately 25sqm that also needs replacing with the addition of a few clearlite strips to let some light in. The current roof has no building paper and a couple of the battens need replacing too. The garage is a rectangle with a single ridge and the house is also a rectangle with a couple of half width rooms at each end, all in all a fairly simple roof.
