The house is a double story with corrugated iron roof that has an angle of 11 degrees (sort of flat) The main part of the roof is aprox 10m x 7m at a height of aprox. 4.5m. There is a small section of the roof that is aprox 3m x 5m at a height of 3.5m. The roof has a skylight and a chimney on one side. Might need to replace soffit and/or fascia. Also, thinking to add more insulation if required. Job to be done between February and march.
