Re-roofing a shared garage
Job description
I have a shared flat garage roof that needs replacing. Currently it has corrugated tin/iron which is pretty much rusted through. My neighbour will be replacing their side as well so it will be a shared job. Looking at getting quotes at this stage for re-roofing, possible rustproofing?? (not sure if this is needed), and maybe a slight raise in the level to enable the water to drain away better.

Disappointed with result. Paid to have a garage re-roofed to fix leaks and roof still has major leaks in at least two separate places. A dip in the roof was the reason given for one of the leaks but felt this should have been picked up in the measure and quote. Despite numerous attempts to contact Dion to rectify the situation he has never shown up. Extremely poor service and I won't be recommending this company.
