Roof, insulation, guttering

Hi, I would like to get a quote for the following work (where applicable): 1) Have the chimney removed and capped. 2) Have the garage and house re-roofed in long-run steel. 3) Install insulation (Bats) while old roof is off. 4) Replace all guttering and downpipes. 5) Have the downpipes connected to a storm-water (which is the gutter in Te Atatu) I know this is a lot of work, but I would appreciate if you are able to quote on the work and itemise the quote so we can work out what bits we can afford to do at present.
