Painting Roof - single level 3bdrm house

3 bedroom house in Massey, Auckland. Single storey. Roof is made of glavanized iron "panels" House floor area is under 100m2, roof migh be a bit more due to overhang. We already have all the supplies. We just need somebody experienced to do it (other arrangments didnt work out). -preparation - waterblast and/or scrub with chemical (we have chemical and waterblaster available) -apply spot primer on rusty bits (we have the suitable primer) -silicone in any holes found (shouldnt be any) -apply 2 coats of paint (we have Wattyl brand roof paint) I already have one quote but the tradesman doesnt want to use my paint and he wants to sell me my his brand, which would mean that ~$400 of paint suplies go to waste.
