Looking to have some excess aerials removed off the roof (currently a bird latrine!) and roof repair to water tight please. Also have some Guttering thats twisted a little in a couple of places (Lets the birds into ythe roof to nest!) and now the suffet drooping a little so keen to get that secured and bird proofed. Not sure if you install leaf guard but be keen to get that done too if you do! No idea of cost but keen to see whats possible - needs doing!
