Repair tile roof to fix three leaks

Repair 3 leaks. One is a simple broken tile. One is a corner of the flashing (assuming I have the right terminology). One is more complicated and appears to involve tiles near the chimney and may need scaffolding or similar because the handyman who finally located the source of that leak said the tiles are too fragile to walk on. Can you come Thurs 12 or Fri 13 Feb to investigate and/or do the work?
