Some guttering and most spouting need replacing. The remaining guttering needs cleaning. NB location is actually part way between Hamilton and Cambridge (slightly closer to Cambridge)

Surprised to discover (belatedly) that a couple of installed downpipes lacked the angle to ensure they drained to the right drainage hole. Don't quite know how anyone could achieve that, and certainly at the time they didn't ask me for guidance on what was wanted. They did turn up on time and kept within the quote, and they did a good job of installing leaf-guard and cleaning the guttering etc.
