New roof for 90's 2 story house

We have been battling a leak since we bought the house in 2016. Currently, we have tenants living in it. In the past, we have had 3 builders try to patch it up but the exact location of the leak is very hard to ascertain. The house was built in the early 90's and has early 90's flashing/shoddy roofing techniques and it's been suggested that we should look to replace the entire roof as it's getting tired and the guttering is shot in places. We would like the old roof replaced with a colour steel roof of a more modern corrugation pattern. We are looking for quotes at this stage but would like to get started asap. The house has a footprint of roughly 90sq meters and a steepish roof. There's a photo of it here for your reference: Cheers, Ben
