Prepare and paint corrugated iron roof

100 sqm cottage, check roof, replace any missing nails etc. If possible replace rotten fascia boards then paint roof. Roof has never been painted since built in 1992. We would also like to get the house painted, so could do both at the same time depending on cost etc. House is a hardy plank type material. It is not as overgrown as it was in the photos.

This house hadn’t had any work done on it for 20-30 years. Phil and his team did a great job bringing it back to life. They even embraced the non traditional colours. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thanks guys 😀
