Guttering - either full replacement or sections #2

Gutters need replacing, holes in areas where water is now leaking through. Currently a metal style which is corroding. House size in total 130m² (Floor area) - however the gutter only covers some areas of the house. Spouting does not look like it needs changing. We only want the areas that are broken, fixed. We need this work done prior to the house going on the market, so ideally would like it done in the next 4-6 weeks.
