Locate and fix potential leak in section of tin roof.

I have 50's wooden weather board house, there is an enclosed balcony - have noticed that water has started to come through between the weatherboards on one side - I am assuming it is coming through the aging corrugated iron on the roof. section. Need someone to come and investigate and correct the issue ASAP. Will consider re-roofing the entire section which is approximately 2.5m x 5m.
