Major exstension & renovation project with approx 475 sqm of new roof (standard coloursteel corrugate in ebony/black) including fascia & gutter. Some existing area of house to do also but this will be stripped off so whole area can be treated as a new roof job. We have been let down by company we had lined up & are needing this done with urgency to keep the project moving, time is of all essence so please only express interest if your keen to get going straight away (subject to agreed price) You will see in the plans there is an area of flat roof, this is being looked after by our builder so don't worry about allowing for this.
