FIREBOX AND FLUE REMOVAL

Hi there I need for my firebox to be removed before ecan will allow me to have a heat pump. The fire box was approved it is just my choice to have it removed as I dont want to cart firewood around. I would like the whole flue to be taken out and a new piece of iron replaced on the roof also a plate or a bit of gib inside on the ceiling. really isnt too big a job I believe, i would do it myself but dont like heights and cant bang in nails.....LOL and proberly make a botch up I did have it on tradme for a $1 reserve and they had to take it out. had 2 people won auction (Listed twice) and 1st never made contact, the 2nd said they would come in a couple of days, that was a week ago...... Frustrated now,,,,,please help me... I dont believe it to be a huge job so it really shouldnt cost too much I can be your labourer and help in anyay possible to keep costs down, as I really cant afford to pay for diamonds. if you know what i mean.
