Realigning spouting

Spouting dripping at two or three joints around house. Very sunny today but water laying in the spouting. Think the fall is the problem so spouting may need to be adjusted to get the water draining better into the downpipes. House , a Stonewood home,20 years old, spouting is “BMP Box” as per specs.
