Remove old aluminium roof and replace
Job description
This is a farm shed consisting of 3 bays, totalling approx 538 sq mtrs. The old aluminium roofing needs to be removed, and replaced with Zincalume or something similar. There are two internal and one external gutter to be renovated or replaced.

Hamish did an excellent job for us and did the replacement efficiently and quickly BUT, although I paid him in full in good faith, he has not come back to remove the rubbish which was included in the quote. I have rung him several times, with no reply to my request for him to ring, and he has not responded to my email requesting him to send me some documentation. I need this for my accountant. His workmanship cannot be disputed, but I am a bit disillusioned over his failure to complete his part of the contract. We are now left with a bill to remove the rubbish. I guess I should not have paid him in full. I usually retain a small portion of the money, but my husband asked me to pay it as he had an arrangement with Hamish to do so. In future I shall always retain something in case this happens again
