Chimney flashing leak

We have a small amount of water running down our chimney and coming thorugh our skirting board by our fireplace. After running a hose onto the roof and around the chimney flashing we noticed a steady pool of water coming out. We suspect it is either the flashing around the chimney or where the chimney meets the gutter. The house is 2 storeys high and around 8.5m to the gutter. So scaffold or access equipment will be needed. We want someone to pop out and fix the leak.
