Need a new coloursteel roof.

Approximately 90m2(floorplan is 83m2) for the main dwelling. Would like a second quote for the garage as well please. Single garage with workshop. Don't want the little shed at the back done. I believe the roof is all 15 degree angle, corrugated iron. Rafters look mostly good, but a little water damage in some places. May need edge protection, single story but old style fairly high up. Please specify if edge protection is included. Please specify if price includes GST or not. Please specify warranty information. Ideally done before next winter. Tried to be as descriptive as possible but I understand the quote can't be to exact.
