There is a leak in the roof at a tenanted property, they will be home all day Monday the 14th so would need to be booked in for then. Ceiling is damp to the touch and carpet moist. Leaking for less than a week. Metal roof, property build in 2008 so roof isn't too old. Job is to find the source of the leak and remedy it.
