Quote required to replace Guttering where leaking / rain runs down eaves, at a minimum: - Replace guttering on the street frontage side of the house, plus - Guttering on the rear of the second story, accessible from the deck. Also detail any other remedial work to bring guttering up to speck, and ensure it is fit for purpose.
