Good afternoon, My name is Phoebe Harrington and I am an administrator for the Kim family, situated in Tauranga. I have been asked to contact you regarding the below situation, to potentially arrange a free quote for some roofing repairs. Context: Owners have been told that the roof is in an overall alright condition but that there are some areas where nails are rusting and it needs to be renailed. Also some areas with damaged flashing which is causing rain to get in on certain angles. They don't believe it needs to be fully re-roofed at this point, and would like someone to take a look and quote for the work needed to get any damage fixed and tidied up. Preferences: Ideally come look/quote between 11am-3pm weekdays other than Wednesday. Please provide a minimum of 48hrs notice.
