Container House Roofs

We need two roofs for our container houses. I'm not sure what the council guidelines are, and we are not sure whether to go down the council consent route or not, as it depends on price difference. Happy to hear your thoughts/recommendations The size of the first roof required will be roughly W4m x L14m. The size of the second roof required will be roughly W7m x 8m. The type of roof we would like (happy for recommendations) is long iron single pitched, about 5 degrees slope.
